Benefits

Working at Acacia is a ministry.  Most of our teachers have a deep sense of God's calling in their lives and are investing their time and talents at Acacia because of the eternal significance of our collective work rather than our salary or benefits package.

As a school, we try to support and care for our staff in a way that reflects God's goodness and grace.

Teachers coming from overseas are usually unaccompanied and receive a modest salary, furnished housing, medical coverage and reimbursement for airfare.

Locally hired teachers do not receive housing but may receive significant tuition discounts for their children.
